Home examination
After scheduling, the on-call pediatrician will visit you at home as soon as possible. Following the understanding of the medical history, a friendly but thorough assessment will take place. We particularly emphasize ensuring that the child is not afraid of the examination and that it happens willingly. By involving them in the process and approaching them playfully, we build a trusting relationship.
Online consultation
If a personal medical examination is not feasible due to geographical distance, there is an option for an online consultation. After scheduling, we will send you an email with a link through which you can connect to the video conversation. The call duration is 30 minutes. In justified cases, prescription may also be provided.
Request for a second opinion
If you have doubts, are not satisfied with the diagnosis, lack sufficient information, and have no one to seek advice from, we are happy to assist you. Our experienced medical colleagues will explain in detail what you are curious about, interpret existing diagnostic results, so that you can make the most informed decision about your health.

Rapid test for suspected illness
In the case of upper respiratory tract infections such as a cold, cough, or sore throat, it is worth testing to determine the type of pathogen causing the symptoms. This allows for targeted treatment and, consequently, more effective results. This option is available during home consultations.
Prescription writing, medication
Prescription can be issued during both in-person and online consultations, if the child's condition warrants it. In urgent cases, medication can be provided immediately. We assist in ensuring that the appropriate treatment is available as soon as possible

As the pandemic reshaped the world, it also transformed healthcare. The familiar, reassuring face-to-face consultations between doctors and patients were quickly replaced by telemedicine. While this shift was necessary, it left a gap in healthcare. Recognizing this gap, we felt that there is a need to reintegrate the personal nature of medical care. We understand that, despite the advantages of telemedicine, it cannot replace the personal care and security, which are particularly crucial in caring for sick children. This led to the creation of our service, aiming to provide high-quality, personal medical care directly in the homes of families.
This service is about more than just medical consultations; it is also about rebuilding interrupted doctor-patient relationships. Doctors sit alongside their young patients during examinations, take the time to listen and understand, providing comfort with both their presence and medical expertise.
